If cosplay is your thing, you?ll surely love the new Playstation All-Stars: Battle Royale trailer, where some persons dress up as Sony?s most iconic characters as they play the game. The trailer shows some gameplay snippets for both Ps3 and PsVita versions.
Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale is an upcoming crossover fighting game developed by SuperBot Entertainment. The game had been rumored for quite some time before being officially announced on April of this year: the game has been in development for more than three years.
Conceptually the game closely resembles Nintendo?s Super Smash Bros series: up to four players can take part in each fight choosing some famous Sony characters like Kratos from God Of War, Sly Cooper, Fat Princess, Sackboy from Little Big Planet and some third party franchises like Bioshock.
During the fight, players will be able to build up a meter that once full will allow a special attack to be unleashed at will.
Stages and items will play a big part in battle: inspired by other Sony franchises, players will be able to use them to make life harder for other players during the fight.
Playstation Battle Star Royale was initially scheduled for release on October 2012 but it was delayed to November for all regions.
The game will be available in Japan on November 8, on November 20 in North America and November 21 in Europe. Releasing on Ps3 and PsVita, the game will feature Cross-Play between the two versions.
