All criminal charges filed against a former Newburgh baseball board?member have been dropped.
In July 2010 Chad Ailstock faced four felony charges involving a minor.
In January?2012?the charges against Ailstock were dropped.
After the charges were dropped the Newburgh Junior baseball league voted to reinstate Ailstock.
